It is essential to the smooth running of the Hall that we have all the information requested on our Booking form. You will find a PDF copy below, alternatively when you get in contact a word version will be emailed out.

A copy of the Client Checklist and Guidance will be sent to you prior to your event and a hard copy available in the hall for completion at the end of your event.

Vehicle parking: We do not have designated spaces for Hall parking therefore please do not park or block the lane at the side of the Village Hall as this is required for access at all times by neighbouring houses and Estate vehicles.
In addition please do not use the area of grass behind the Hall for car parking. It encroaches on the privacy of neighbouring houses and causes damage to the grass. There is also a risk of becoming stuck, especially in wet weather.
We love our Village Hall to be used but would ask for as much consideration of neighbouring houses as possible.
