We would like to reassure all our users that we take your safety very seriously. We have put in place a number of new hygiene and safety measures in the Hall to help prevent the spread of COVID19. We ask all those renting and using the Hall to observe the current guidance on numbers attending Hall events, social distancing measures, the wearing of face-masks, etc. The Covid-19 documents below provide further guidance:
- TVH COVID19 1. Risk Assessment
- TVH COVID19 2.Village Hall Clients
- TVH COVID19 3.Cleaning checklist
- TVH COVID19 4.Cleaning Guidance
- TVH COVID19 5. Contact Tracing Form
The Hall has been thoroughly cleaned and we have made available hand sanitisers, laminated hygiene and safety posters, signage to help with the one-way system, disinfectant spray bottles for clients to use before and after bookings. We are encouraging all clients to clean and sanitise equipment before and after use and offering 30 minutes before and after the booking free of charge to help with this.
If you have any questions please email our Hall Manager, Eric at tyninghamebookings@gmail.com.
Vehicle parking: We do not have designated spaces for Hall parking therefore please do not park or block the lane at the side of the Village Hall as this is required for access at all times by neighbouring houses and Estate vehicles. In addition please do not use the area of grass behind the Hall for car parking. It encroaches on the privacy of neighbouring houses and causes damage to the grass. There is also a risk of becoming stuck, especially in wet weather. We love our Village Hall to be used but would ask for as much consideration of neighbouring houses as possible. Many thanks.
